| Since the 1800s the history of Balsamic vinegar becomes the story of many Modenese families, who for centuries have handed down and jealously guarded the recipes of this elixir.
From those times the tradition was born of starting a new battery of barrels in celebration of the arrival of a new child, leaving the battery for their future wedding day.
Giusti dedicates the collection “Family Reserve” in honour of this tradition, a selection of four diverse qualities of Balsamic Vinegar aged in the private barrels of family members.
