Heilala vanilla & Moscato Dressed Fruit Salad

This salad is a blend of summer's gorgeous fruits given a more exotic touch with a touch of moscatel vinegar. The sweet, grapey perfume of the muscatel grapes marries well with the vanilla sugar and summer-ripe fruits.
1 kg watermelon
4 white or yellow nectarines or peaches
2 plums
150g cherries
150g small crunchy red grapes
1 large fresh wedge of pineapple
3 Tbsp Heilala Organic Vanilla Sugar
2 Tbsp Mas Portell or Sotaroni Moscatel vinegar
Peel, pip, slice or prepare fruit as appropriate. Put all fruit in a large bowl and chill until required (up to one hour). In a small bowl blend moscatel vinegar and vanilla sugar together; pour over fruit; toss gently and serve immediately.
