From Marina Colonna’s Bosco Pontini Estate in Molise, comes this delicious, full-flavoured oil which is produced from handpicked olives. Ten varieties of olives are grown so the blend may change from year to year.
An extremely innovative lady, Marina is also responsible for three delicious infused oils - the Granverde (lemon), Mandarino (mandarin) and Arancia (orange). She was the first producer to make naturally infused oils - rather than adding an infusion to an existing oil - by pressing untreated lemons grown on her estate, Sicilian mandarins and oranges from central Italy with her olives.
