El Majuelo
Founded in 1997, Productos Majuelo S.L. was established by the third and fourth generations of a family of wine and vinegar makers. The experience passed from father to son combines with modern production techniques to produce unrivalled vinegars.
Starting with Sherry wines from the Jerez region of Spain, the acetic fermentation process creates the unique character of the vinegar as it is transferred from criaderas to soleras (American oak barrels) over a period of many years.
This special sherry vinegar can be used as a component in dressings for salads, adding richness to sauces and gravies even drizzled over soft fruits and icecream.
