Delicius
From the Mediterranean sea come the freshest, tastiest 'A' grade fish, which are those used by Delicius. They are regarded as connoisseur quality at a very reasonable price.
These anchovies have been salted in barrels for 7 months before being hand filleted they are then packed by hand into jars or tins and covered with good olive oil, thus preserving their fresh, bright taste. They are high in Omega 3 - an essential fatty acid.
The range includes a wide variety of anchovy fillets in different sizes to suit your usage requirements. Also available are anchovy paste, anchovy fillets rolled around capers, and anchovies in olive oil flavoured with either chilli or garlic & parsley.
