Expat Kiwi chef Peter Gordon is well-known for his fusion cusine, with a cooking style that inventively combines flavours from around the globe.
He has set up restaurants both in New Zealand and Europe, including London’s The Providores and Tapa Room, and signature restaurant in the Sky City Grand Hotel dine by Peter Gordon, and works as a consultant to several others.
