Rachel Carley
Auckland born Rachel Carley started designing ceramics in 1994.Rachel has a PhD in Architecture and is currently a lecturer at the School of Design at Unitec in Auckland. All her pieces are slipcast, earthenware ceramics made here in New Zealand. Her elegant and eclectic forms are glazed with her soft, signature colours - the pieces have been called "antiques of the future".
Whether you are serving your meringues piled high in a pale pink Tulip Pedestal Bowl, canapes or dainty club sandwiches on the Scalloped Platter or petit fours on a Fluted Side Plate your food will look fabulous.
